“Had issues with the room - the clock didn't work and had to be replaced. The toilet leaked and had to be fixed. When water was run above us it was extremely loud in the pipes and vibrated.”

“We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing...
